Waterproof Cloth

Waterproof fabric is a thin film-type waterproof textile material made primarily from polypropylene or polyethylene, combined with high molecular waterproof and breathable materials and fabric. It possesses characteristics such as waterproofing, cold resistance, UV resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, portability, easy folding, and durability, and is widely used in vehicles, ship cargo covers, construction tents, greenhouses, outdoor camping, and other fields.

Common materials for waterproof cloth include:

1、PVC coated fabric: Both sides are coated with polyvinyl chloride paste resin, produced using heat sealing technology, free from pinhole leaks, with good airtightness, wear-resistant, tear-resistant, and anti-aging.

2、PE material (polyethylene): made of high-density polyethylene, with double-sided laminating + lotus leaf water repellent technology, it is wear-resistant and tear-resistant, suitable for large-area covering in construction sites, freight yards, etc.

3、Oxford cloth: After being treated with waterproofing, it has good sunscreen and heat insulation effects, but its lifespan is relatively short (2-3 years), making it suitable for temporary needs.

4、Canvas: Thickened design, with one side featuring a high-strength silk wear-resistant layer and the other side having a waterproof coating. It is crafted through high-temperature heat sealing and edge wrapping processes, making it durable and odor-free.
