Drip irrigation accessories

The drip irrigation system consists of various accessories, each with a specific function, collectively ensuring efficient and stable operation of the irrigation system. Below, we will introduce the main types of drip irrigation accessories and their purposes.

1. Connection and Diverging Fittings These fittings are primarily used for connecting and diverging between pipes, ensuring that water can flow along a preset path. Common types include straight-through fittings, tees, elbows, etc. They can divert the water flow from the main pipe to different branch pipes or drip irrigation belts, enabling flexible piping layout.

2. Control and Regulation Accessories These accessories are used to control water flow switches and regulate pressure, including bypass valves, locknuts, shut-off clamps, etc. Bypass valves allow for tapping into the main pipeline to extract water, facilitating future expansion. Pressure regulating devices can maintain system pressure within a suitable range (usually 0.5-1.5 kg), preventing pipeline rupture due to excessively high water pressure or affecting water output uniformity due to excessively low water pressure.

3. End and sealing accessories are used to close the ends of pipes or positions where water does not need to be discharged, such as plugs and water stops, to ensure that water does not leak from the ends, making the entire system tidy and efficient.

4. Dripper and Sprayer Accessories These are key components that directly affect plants, including adjustable dripper, drip arrow, atomizing micro sprayer, etc. The adjustable dripper can precisely control water flow, the drip arrow is suitable for potted plants or precision irrigation, and the atomizing micro sprayer can form a fine mist, suitable for crops that require higher humidity.

5. Fixing and sealing accessories are used to secure pipelines and ensure interface sealing, such as buckles, fixers, pull rings, etc. They prevent pipeline detachment or leakage, enhancing the stability and durability of the system. The above accessories are usually made of materials such as PVC, PE, and PP, and feature sun resistance, anti-aging, and strong flexibility, making them suitable for long-term outdoor use. When selecting suitable accessories, attention should be paid to their sealing performance, pressure resistance, ease of installation, and compatibility with existing pipe diameters.
